1.) GENERAL: The present conditions of sale cancel and replace the previous ones and are understood to be totally accepted by the purchaser once the written or verbal order is placed. The collection of the goods constitutes the confirmation of the order implicitly.

2) PRICES: All the prices stated on the price list are retail, and are to be taken ex works Mandello del Lario , when not differently stated in the offer. Due to variations from our suppliers the prices are not binding and can be subject to change without prior warning.

3) PAYMENT: If not stipulated differently all payments are to be made on delivery. Invoices issued by us are to be settled by the terms indicated. In the event of overdue payments interest will be charged on the delayed account according to Law number 231 of 09.10.2002.

4) TRANSPORT: If the client does not explicitly indicate the means of transport for delivery the despatch will be made in the most suitable way deemed by us and paid for by the customer.

5) DELIVERY: Terms of delivery are not binding but indicative. The purchaser exonerates the seller of any responsibility of potential damage due to goods despatched with delay.

6) GUARANTEE: Our products are guaranteed free from any material and production defect and other defects related to us for a period of 12 months from the date of despatch. The guarantee does not cover misuse of the product, breakage or incorrect assembly and in this case the product is returned at the customers expense. If the validity of the complaint is acknowledged we will limit ourselves to substituting the goods.  

7) RETURNED GOODS: We will allow the return of goods if effected and justified within 8 days from the delivery date. Each returned item must be previously authorised by our technical office and will be accepted only if accompanied by a sales invoice or by a delivery note, on which must state the terms of our document of transport and possibly the invoice.

8) RESERVE OF OWNERSHIP: The goods remain in the ownership of Stucchi Luigi S.r.l. until full payment is made.

9) DISPUTES: Any dispute that arises will be exclusively settled by the Foro of Lecco.
